As with the other photos in the Mars Sol 710 image group, there are so many fascinating anomalies in this image, so I have highlighted a few but there are many more. This one includes the shark fin rock and has some interesting anomalies right on it. Is it another case of pareiodolia where lights and shadows run amok? Or are there really carvings on the rock? It’s also the photo to the right of the Mars Crab.
On Mars Sol (day) 707-714 the Curiosity rover visited Hidden Valley and snapped numerous photos of the landscape. In those photos, many extraordinary Mars anomalies can be found and visually prove life indeed arose on Mars in the past. Not only did life exist but was intelligent enough to create these anomalies. These Mars anomalies obviously raise many questions which will be controversial for most people. When will NASA confirm finding these images?
When the Mars Science Laboratory carrying the Curiosity rover launched on November 26, 2011 it set out to expand the knowledge gathered from the previous rover missions. Curiosity is essentially a lab on wheels and it’s mission was to investigate whether the past environment harbored potential microbial life. It also included a Mast Camera to capture images of the rover’s surroundings in HD stereo and color. Since it’s landing in Gale Crater on August 6, 2012 it has taken thousands of images of the Martian landscape which include numerous Mars anomalies. NASA’s number one science goal on the mission to Mars is to “Determine if Life Ever Arose On Mars“.

Mars Anomaly 1: Carved Stone of Turtle’s Head with Fish
This is probably the most important anomaly of all. It clearly shows precision angles, cuts and details. The turtle’s head contains extraordinary detail such as the neck being rounded with rippled lines, the lower jaw raised and raised features above and below it’s eye while the fish is perfectly raised off the it’s head. The stone to the left of it also shows 90 degree angles and straight lines. This anomaly is found on Sol 710.
Mars Anomaly 2: A Bull’s Head
Once colored the bull’s head clearly stands out with the horns pointing forward and large eye on the side. This anomaly is found on Sol 710.
Mars Anomaly 3: A Plant with Stems and Leaves
The stems and leaves of the plant can be clearly seen in the highlighted version of the anomaly and is very detailed like the other anomalies above. This anomaly is found on Sol 707.
Mars Anomaly 4: Engineered Stone with Slanted Rounded Top and Matching Insert
The precise lines, angles and arc can clearly been seen in the engineered stone. The cut insert matches the top as well. At the bottom you can see a beveled edge just above the dirt line. Again amazing detail and precision with this anomaly. This anomaly is found on Sol 707.
Mars Anomaly 5: Engineered Stones with Circles
More engineered stones with circles on them, right angles and straight edges. These anomalies are found in Sol 710.
Mars Anomaly 6: Alien Creature
Some type of creature with head and body. This anomaly is found on Sol 710.
Mars Anomaly 7: Skull
A skull with a jagged ridge on top. This anomaly can be found on Sol 710.
Mars Anomaly 8: Sea Horse
Top of a sea horse sticking out of the ground. This anomaly can be found on Sol 710.
Mars Anomaly 9: Animal Heads
Two animals heads in the dirt. Same material, shapes, eye , nose and features in the same place. This anomaly can be found on Sol 711.
Mars Anomaly 10: Elongated Alien Head
This alien looking head has been found previously. This anomaly can be found on Sol 711.

Anomalies, anomalies and more anomalies. Mars Sol 710 is just an amazing site scattered with debris. There are so many anomalies in the 710 photos you just can’t list them all. Where to start in this one!?! There are a few anomalies that are similar throughout this photo and will be highlighted below. The blue circled anomaly is an item that I believe has been scrubbed and you can see what I mean when zoomed in.
Another turtle type statute.A round hollow item with the top open. It also looks to have something on the bottom of it. Maybe some type of alter?
Seems to be a large skull type head with some sort of head dress on it. It’s also looks to be sitting on top of another small skull and a platform.
A carved statue of some type of creature. You can clearly see the eyes, ear and mouth. It also seems to be made from a different material then the rest of the rocks around it.
Not sure if these are carved into the stones or if they are painted on but they seem to be very similar and interesting.
Whatever this item is, it’s interesting to say the least and seems to have something inside it or on the side of it.
Looks like this item has been scrubbed as the pixels are clearly blurred.

I’ll admit that I can only guess what a creature on a another planet would look like so when looking at Curiosity’s photos they could be easily missed. That said, I’m going to speculate on a few areas in this photo from Sol 710 where rocks are very strange looking but have some unique characteristics. Keep in mind some of these are half buried or partially covered with dirt.

The 3 boxes at the bottom of the photo contain groups of items that are very interesting.
The first box on the bottom right includes a group of rocks that look very similar and another that looks like some type of fish.
As you can see the group of items on the left have similar features and resemble some type of sea creature (stingray, skate, etc.). The one on the right seems to look like a type of fish.
Going from left to right in this zoomed in image, the first item seems to have 2 large eye cavities on each side with a symmetrical nose between them. It also has 2 protrusions on the top of the head similar to ears. The second item also has symmetry a lot of symmetry going on with it. The items that are interesting are the shapes of each plate and the spikes sticking out where the 2 rounded areas of the plates come together. The third item to the far left circled has a very intriguing shape and looks similar to a sea creature.
The third highlighted box at the bottom of the photo also contains rocks that seem to be very similar is shapes with distinct angles and anomalies. 3 of the items seem to have flat tops with eye cavities that are separated with straight lines. This very well could be a case of pareidolia or shadow effects. However the last item in the photo is the most interesting of them as it clearly shows a rock with a perfect circle that is concave with lines it. It seems to perfect to be done by nature.
What kind of creature is this? Maybe a Martian? Or maybe a Pterodactyl like creature? It’s hard to really get a good look at the body but you can see the head and neck fairly well. The eyes seem to protrude from the head on each side with a fin like top.
Another jammed packed photo of amazing artifacts. There is so much in this photo but a few items that stick out are the skull, the sea horse sticking out of the ground, the dog’s head, the group of heads, another raised cut image on a rock and possible the first Martian (or some type of creature never seen).

Some type of creature (fish) that clearly has a tail similar to a whale’s. Also some sort of eye and mouth under it and the stone above it has two sides rounded to a point with an opening and symmetrical (maybe a mouth).

This photo is probably one of the most, if not the most interesting and packed full of artifacts (animals and engineered stones). This includes the stone that the fish is carved on the turtle’s head, the bull’s head, the octopus, group of heads and two clearly engineered stones.
The image highlights the bull’s head, the fish carved out on top of a detailed turtle’s head, two dog heads piled near each other, octopus and eel.
